5’5 210lb purchased a size L the coat is nice but the quality is rough and not at all what I expected it to be. When I saw “cozy” I figured it would be super soft.

I actually wear it all the time. Its warm and cozy and nice looking. One reviewer said it looks cheap. It doesn't look expensive but it doesn't look cheap either. It is good quality for the price. Its just a warm and cute teddy coat. i wear it often. It's also a nice natural color, kind of like light nude
