I tried on they were good. Non stretch. Got a size 5 bc I’m 5’1” and 135. They are YMI jeans though not fashionnova... not soft

So I went into my 💚 list and moved these jeans into my cart. I paid for them then went back to shopping. I then noticed that they were out of stock. I had ordered an out of stock item. I immediately emailed them about the situation and told them I wanted my money back. They were really nice told me that they get things back in stock all of the time. It would be fine. Now I had heard horror stories about fashion novas customer service when it came to refunds and e credit. Well I got my package today and the jeans were not in there. So I jumped onto my email to see what was going on. And guess what they gave me a refund for those jeans. I'm so freaking happy. I didnt have to fight with them it was just there. I got my money back on jeans that I ordered which were out of stock. I just want to say thank you fashion nova for doing the right thing. You have no idea how much that means to me. I will continue to purchase from you. To other consumers when ever you move an item from your wish list to your cart you have to make sure that item is in stock before you purchase it. Other wise you will purchase an out of stock item. I hope this helps. Again thanks fashion nova ❤
