Fashion Nova mis-labeled my shipping address for two orders. Both packages were returned to Fashion Nova (I live on the East Coast). I tried calling Fashion Nova no one ever answered, nor could I leave a voicemail message. I emailed Fashion Nova 5 times before I finally received a response. I was told that my packages could have been stolen, even though my post office informed me that my packages were returned due to the shipping label address being inaccurate, which I wrote in the initial email. Fashion Nova informed me that I would have to reorder what I initially ordered. When I inquired about how I would be refunded Fashion Nova did not respond. I emailed Fashion Nova 3 more times before I finally received an email stating I would receive a store credit. I received the credit a month later for one of the orders. I have yet to receive my store credit for the other order and it’s been 2 months.
