I am 5'3 208lbs apple shape- I got this dress in a 2x, it fit nice and loose little big in the bust area for me but nothing a safety pin could not fix. Thin material must wear solid under garments. I could have sized down to a 1x for a more slimmer fit but would not be appropriate for office environment. hope this review is helpful
