I've found that 60% of the time when people say non stretch items run small, it's just because they don't known their actual FN size according to the size chart. I was WRONG this time. I have a size 11 waist and size 13 hips according to the size chart and so I always get a large in skirts and dresses. This skirt was too small, point, blank, period. It runs small if you actually size yourself according to the size chart. Color is nice. I returned it. My stats: 5'10, 30.5in waist, 43in hips, 36G Bra (perky implants). Thick muscular thighs, big calves.
