FASHION NOVA WOMEN’S MONTH 2026 SWEEPSTAKES

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW AND OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.

1. SPONSOR

This sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Fashion Nova ("Sponsor"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to Fashion Nova and not to Instagram.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law.

Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate.

By participating, you expressly accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules, in addition to Fashion Nova’s Privacy Policy, available https://www.fashionnova.com/pages/privacy-policy and General Terms of Service, available https://www.fashionnova.com/pages/terms-of-service.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 9:00 AM Pacific Standard Time ("PST") and ends on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 11:59 PM PST (the "Sweepstakes Period").

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two ways to enter during the Sweepstakes Period:

Instagram Entry: Follow @FashionNova or @FashionNovaCURVE on Instagram, like the designated Sweepstakes post, and leave a comment. Each individual comment counts as one (1) entry. Each individual comment counts as one entry. Submitting more than one comment will not increase your odds of winning and may result in disqualification.
Alternative Method of Entry: Send an email to legal@fashionnova.com with the subject line "Women’s History Month 2026 Sweepstakes Entry" and include your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address in the body of the email. Limit one email entry per person per day. All email entries must be received by Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 11:59 PM PST.

5. PRIZE

Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) Fashion Nova e-gift card valued at $500.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize: $500. Total ARV of all prizes: $5,000.

Gift cards do not expire and have no fees. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash (except as required by law), are non-transferable, and may not be resold. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its authorized agent on Friday, March 27, 2026, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Each winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within twenty-four (24) hours of selection. Each winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, or an alternate winner will be selected.

To claim the prize, each winner must:

Reply to the Instagram direct message with the email address associated with their Fashion Nova account (or provide an email address to receive the e-gift card); and
Email legal@fashionnova.com with their full name, Instagram handle, and a photo of their state-issued ID or driver's license to confirm their identity.

7. PRIZE DELIVERY

The prize will be delivered as a digital e-gift card code via email within seven (7) days of winner confirmation.

All federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any expenses not specified in these Official Rules as being awarded as part of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to:

Abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding;
Release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, invasion of privacy, defamation, slander, and copyright or trademark infringement; and
Allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown, and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information; (2) technical failures of any kind; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

10. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of California.

11. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.fashionnova.com/pages/privacy-policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to all of the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy.

12. WINNER LIST

For the names of the winners, send an email with the subject line "Women’s History Month 2026 Sweepstakes Winners" to legal@fashionnova.com after April 3, 2026.
