Ig:Tybre . I’m 245lbs standing at 5’8 I purchased a XL which is definitely true to size, with no extra moving space. The quality is good & it is giving a thick spandex material. It looks very good & it does compliment the curves. If I could go up just one more size I would, to have a little more moving space in the shirt but the XL will do.
