Fits everywhere but doesn’t have any breast coverage.

I've had my eye on this gown for weeks now, but was worried it would run a little small—I'm about a 16/18 but can fit into anything from an XL to 1X or 2X depending on the fabric/stretch level. I took the chance and ordered it and I will say that its exactly as pictured, the color is to die for, and luckily it has just enough stretch that it (overall) fits. The skirt fits just perfect, however the top part is poorly structured and was not designed for large chests or broad shoulders (both in size and support) and the neck is too tight. I hope to alter the top into a halter in order to salvage what would otherwise be a perfect gown.
