I am usually a medium in tops but I went up two sizes based on the comments I am a 36D and it digged into my sides not too much but it is slightly uncomfortable but bareable I suggest wearing it without a bra it give me a little room to be more comfortable

I would not recommend buying this product. It was too small and when I tried to return it, I only got store credit for half of what I actually paid.
