The size is perfect, it does have like a cinching affect so if you have fat in areas you do not like consider wearing spanx under it. I’m 5’6 190 lbs. I expected the lighter splotches in the dress to be white, on the dress it looks yellow. I expected the fabric to be more cotton looking, but it damn near looks like a shiny material. It’ll do for my event but I wouldn’t recommend it for a formal or nicer occasion
