If you have hips and butt you will need to size up

The skirt is very cute in person . It look exactly like the picture. But I must warn you, the skirt doesn’t have any stretch what so ever. So to be on the safe side , I recommend order one or two sizes up . It does run a tad bit small. I ordered a small, but will return for a medium or maybe even a large. For reference , I’m 5”1 and weight about 127.
