Refund

I still haven't received my refund/CREDIT. They were too big. It's been 2 weeks now. I shipped 2 pair of heels back together. I only received credit for one pair. I've e-mailed 3 times, called and left messages and posted a direct message to their Instagram page. I'm so frustrated!!! No one has contacted me. Beware of returns ladies. I have bought several items. But I will no longer fool with Fashion Nova. I'm reporting them!!!
