i'm 5'3 & 120 lbs; 27 waist, 37 hips; and bought a size Medium. They fit so wonderfully and I get compliments on them all the time. They don't come to my ankle like the photo however, they come all the way down to the floor.

I thought these would look great for work. If you have any hips or thighs move on! Too tight and runs far too small. Not returning because I bought them on sale... I wish the pants had more flex, well. Maybe this would work for taller women..
