this is a beautiful bra or whatever but if you’re big chested it has ZERO lift/ support:. I’m 5”5 115lbs 34dd and got the medium. the large would have been better on the cup but then the band would have been too big . only adjustments is the straps . it’s very pretty but more for small chested women/ girls
