Too cute runs true to size

I wore this for my birthday on 11/2. it’s looks good. quality isn’t bad. the sizing is not off but it’s no stretch. i actually had to buy twice. originally bought a large returned for an XL so i can’t say it’s true to size or runs small but it definitely don’t run large. the skirt is very short, the jacket actually covers the skirt so i wore it open. if you are bottom heavy you won’t be covered when you sit down or stand up you will have to adjust each time. overall, i like it.
