I received the wrong item and when returning Nova Fashion refused to refund the shipping fee instead they provided a store credit. This is ridiculous because they made the mistake and should have refund the shipping fee I paid. I asked them for a paid return shipping label and they said no. Very disappointed with their shipping policy. RIDICULOUS . Last time I’m buying from them.
