I was nervous buying these because the reviews are all over the place. I always check the material composition before i buy bottoms from FN. i saw that these had absolutely zero stretch, which would normally make me size up, but seeing as how they’re advertised as “oversized”, i took a chance and stuck with my regular size medium. i’m glad i did. no, there is absolutely zero stretch, but these are very roomy on me, in a good way. i thought the waist would be too tight, according to the reviews. not at all, at least on me. i’m 5’3 and my measurements 36-27-46, and i have a really comfortable amount of space where they aren’t tight nor falling off. i LOVE how they fit. i have about 2-3 inches of gap space in the back but it’s really not obnoxious, and there are belt loops if i really wanted to “tailor” them in that way. ALSO, these are barrel style! which i didnt know at all. they’re extremely cute. a little long on me when barefoot, but with shoes or heels it shouldn’t me a huge issue. if your measurements are similar to mine, up to a couple (literally 1-2) inches (in the waist and/or thigh/butt), the medium may fit you just fine. i feel like i *could* squeeze into a size small, butttt i really like the small amount of extra room and comfort in the medium. it really does depend on how you want them to fit YOUR body.

These were so cute and it definitely fit the aesthetic i was going for. I would say go with your normal size or size down if you’re a short girly. I bought them a size up because I’m curvy but I honestly did not need a size up they would’ve fit perfect with my normal size or even a size smaller. It was still cute since i was going for the super baggie look anyhow
