I’m 5’1 130lbs and I got a medium and it don’t fit, I don’t have a big butt either and it’s barely covering, and the top rolls down

I tried it on and it did not cover anything. The sides were too open for comfort. The top fit nicely but the bottom was not good. Did not feel like a dress.
