I wore this on a date night! When I say it fit like a glove. My mid section isn’t the way I would like but this held me in. I am 5’11 190 lbs and I purchased a large. Throughout the night as I walked I did have to keep pulling it up. Not sure if I could fit a medium however I won’t be sending it back. Great purchase
