Straps don't adjust. The bodice didn't fit well so I cut out the bust pads and cut the straps at the mid-back hem so I can tie it behind the neck. The fit still isn't perfect but it's wearable. 5'4", 200 lb, 36J, big hips, short torso, 1X is the right size even though in some styles I need a 2X. So don't size up if you're in between, go with the smaller size. The skirt part fits fine and the color is gorgeous! This dress is worth a try just for the rainbowy light green.
