I love this tweed mini dress as it's super classy and the material is quite decent for a fast fashion item. However, this item definitely runs small. My measurements are very in line with the small in the size chart, but the small was extremely tight in the lower body to the point where I would not be able to breathe if I actually wore it out. For reference, I am petite at 5'1" with an athletic figure. My measurements are 35" (32D bra size), 27", 37".
