Just looked horrible when i put it on! the top part was okay, but the bottom of the dress looked like a huge pleated balloon.

Although the material at the bottom is slightly stiff ( to create the "ruffles" ) : The photo actually depicts the dress extremely well for how it looks in person. The coloring is identical, the pattern is smoothly printed on. I've really enjoyed the dress, and steaming / heating it seems to soften the fabric if that's an issue for you. Often times, clothing can look nice on the model but not in person, but this dress is equally stunning either way. It's veryy flattering! <3
