Love these pants. The material is soft and the pants do make a swishy noise. The waist thought is a LITTLE small as far as getting it to fit past my butt. I had to wiggle them up. However once on, they fit my actual waist just fine. Just know if ya butt is big, you may need to size up to get the pants over ya butt/hips. I’m 5ft 1in., 137lbs. My measurements are 32-27-39 (sometimes 40)
