The material is slightly ribbed, and the waist band is stretchy but tight, since there is no drawstrings. There is no padding in the bra, but you can adjust the straps. The overall look is extremely cute. It came from a different brand that is not under Fashion Nova, which is probably why it ran tighter than usual.
