I’m 5’3, 190lbs, 38dd and my hips measure about 47inches. I ordered a large! The fit is perfect! I could have gotten a medium, it would have fit like a glove and possibly been shorter. The large almost reaches down to my ankle but I love how it fits! Can’t wait to wear it out
