I ordered a size 14 and was sent a size 7. If it wasn’t already bad enough that I’m still waiting on the hoodie. I’m so upset I really hope the rest of my orders were correct being that they’re already wrapped. I normally never have this issue but apparently orders aren’t being quality checked this is such a huge inconvenience and let down. I definitely expected more especially when ordering from a site that doesn’t provide refunds only issuing store credit. The pants are nice they’d be nicer if she could fit them!
