The sweater set I purchased for my daughter was nice but I was charged taxes and duty up front for the order, then border services were told that I didn’t pay for taxes and duty. So I had to pay taxes and duty again before DHL would deliver the package. I contacted Nova and was told they are not responsible. I am going to dispute the charges through my credit card company.
