I love it and the tie back made for extra room and allowed me to sit the girls up just right.

I'm a 36B, 5'9, 145lbs, usually medium in tops. The corset is at it's tightest but it still feels a little loose, like fitted crop T. It doesn't bite into my sides and give me muffin top at this size. But my boob area feels just a bit loose. I'd recommend sizing down if you want to cinch in the corset laces or for sure if you prefer a tighter fit. I'm getting a push up to try and fill in the space.
