I'm 5'3" and 160lbs and it fits an inch above my knee not a mini in my definition. So definitely not short girl friendly. The fabric is thick and nice though

I like this piece. I'm so glad I added it to my summer closet. It's extremely versatile it's got a great flowy bottom.
