It doesn't fit it's like a irregular item the sleeves are not right

The dress is very well made. It is heavy enough for a cold night out but the top of the dress didn't fit properly. I don't know if its because it doesn't have any structure or if I needed a size smaller. The top bunched up oddly under my boobs. I either had it all the way to my neck or it was falling literally off my shoulders. 3 stars for it being well made but not easily wearable.
