Light weight but protects from the sun, did have to size up 175 at 5’6 and glad I got an XL, I’m normally a size L or 10 dress but I’ve noticed my torso is longer than average women and most of the time body suits aren’t long enough for me so I’m not sure if this is considered true to size or runs small because I could have worn a large but I needed a little extra length
