1st..elastic waistband so u can size down. 2nd..noisy petticoat underneath. 3rd..very long and VERY puffy. If u are tall and slim this would look good and perhaps give u a fake curvy appearance. However, if u are already curvy/plus size (even in you mind..lol), this will make you look huge from all angles. I even removed the petticoat and it's still very puffy and makes everything on my body below waistband look bigger than I wish. I feel like I'm in multiple round swimming tubes.

I should have gotten a large but I got an xl thinking it would run small. Get your regular size. I’m 5’3 180lbs the skirt is long so it would be tall girl friendly. But most of my weight is in my butt and thighs. You can see pics on my ig amberv_creativelytailored
