Mine didn’t work, didn’t show if it was charging or not, didn’t switch on

I don’t normally do free reviews but I have to do one for this LED light. I purchased it barely a week ago and I can see tremendous difference in my skin. there’s no instructions on how to use it or how often to use. which would have been helpful for beginners, due to that, I’m giving it a 4 instead of 5 stars. I have a very bad oily skin this is helping a lot in terms of balancing the skin. I’m hoping it will also help with my hyperpigmentation as I continue to use it
