True to size. But a bit too wide on the top, as for the rest everything is perfect

The shoes fit true to size for me. I've had a hard time finding over the knee boots that fit my legs because I'm short and petite. These are a little lose for 115lbs and 5'1" height BUT they are CUTE. I'm hoping they're comfortable because I have to wear them. They came nicely packaged and in a timely manner.
