Size fits and love design, but not material.

In my opinion, the material was stretchy with a snug fit. This is the type of outfit you wear to a tropical vacay or a summer time all-white event. For reference, I am 5’4, 119 lbs. After reading reviews about the waist strap being loose, I ordered XS. It was so cute, fit nice and snugged, just like the photo.
