Beautiful but the material is not good

Ordered a swimsuit with some accessories (because I was already getting a swimsuit. They sent me the accessories and a gift card code (with zero explanation as to why). I had signed up for some sort of account thing about a year before and figured it was one of the rewards they had mentioned when I signed up, considering the complete lack of any mention as to why they had sent it to me. SO, I spent the gift card on some shoes I had wanted off their site. A few days later I inquired about the swimsuit, and the super rude woman names Shannon told me that they didn't plan on delivering the article I had ordered, and that I should have been happy that I even got the gift code. I had dealt with their customer service reps once before and the correspondent had a similar attitude. I was very displeased with the entire experience and I will not order from this site again.
