cute skirt

Usual Size: L
I’m 5’4 155 lbs with a small fupa and love handles, lol
it’s a cute skirt but to puffy for me. I bought a medium and it has elastic waist which is a plus but makes me look bigger. It is also a little on the short side and not in love with the elastic at the hem but I guess it’s to prevent from blowing up
can probably be taken in for a slimmer fit. not sure if I’m keeping
