The other reviews said the boots ranned big but true to size the boot feels like a size 7 and I can not return them which sucks should've went with my first mind and sized up like I do with EVERY SHOE on FN because nothing is true to size it either too big or too small when I order my actual size from them

The boots are cute & fit great. However, the pair they sent is defective. the toe of the right boot has has a nail of some kind & Pearce my big toe with every step I take. I asked customer service several times to replace & send a shipping label so I can send it for exchange. They refused-all I want is an exchange. Now I’m stuck with boots that stabs my toes. I’m pissed.
