Nice quality and fit. I have lare bust so I went up a size. My regular size large- xlarge. Get your normal size if you don't have large boobs. Arms are roomy and shouldn't have an issue unless you have really big arms.

I was hoping this was going to be the same material as another shirt I bought but it feels like rubber .
