I was considering buying this product for an event which required fancy dress. However, when i clicked checkout it seemed to take my money out of my account straight away before i had time to think about buying this dress. I rushed to try cancel my order, to which i realised in the policy it said that I was unable to do this and that I had to wait until the parcel arrived before i could return my order. I waited for it to arrive and by that time the event i needed it for had already happened. I went on the app to return the item and it said i was unable to return item. On the other hand, the dress is beautiful and great quality.
