These heels run small. I'm not sure if it's just Fashion Nova heels in general that runs small or if they aren't meant for those of us with wide feet, but definitely size up. I'm a size 8. 5 in women's and ordered a size 9, but they still fit tightly. They’ll fit, but it feels snug, especially since I have wide feet.
