The outfiit doesn't run small like the other review claims, its just the built in underwear thats tight. When I wore my XL I was like yes it is tight, then I cut the built in underwear and everything was loose, the fabric is weird and annoying, it get caught everywhere and get damaged. I can say get your size and if you're between sizes, size up. im 190 Lbs 5'4 flat stomach
