i'm 5'3 and 190lbs, thick thighs, small waist, 36 DDD. i ordered an XL, but honestly could have gotten a Large, the dress is super cute but i have to slide the straps all the way up, and its a little weird or big around the side of my breasts, but i love it and i wear it with a fishnet top or white long sleeve, it's super cute. It really is neon too. like wow!
