This dress runs small and the material do not have any stretch

I usually read reviews before purchasing items, but IDK why it was different this time. this dress runs super, SUPER, SUPER small. I wear a medium in just about everything, but this dress felt like it could be a xxs. Getting into this dress was like trying to figure out a jigsaw puzzle. it’s super tight and was hard to put on. I could barely get it past my boobs and definitely couldn’t get it past my hips or butt.Taking it off was even harder. I was huffing and puffing and even broke out into a mild sweat trying to take it off. Felt like I was studying physics trying to reverse this try on! For reference, I’m 167, 5,2 and my measurements are 38D-29-41.
