im 5'7 waist is 25 inch I LOVED THIS SET & my waist is an xs but my hips fit better into a small for fashion nova dress pants i always get a small but i feel like the other ones are strechy material and these are more tailored so If you have a smaller waist size down if you want a snug fit these are still wearable just don't sit as nicely or as flattering bc they are more loose/relaxed fit! definitely amazing quality & so comfy i wore them on an airplane
