Wife very happy with purchase!

So the hat came in a bag, so it totally messed up the hat, it got squished and now has permanent grooves, it doesn’t look good! They did not protect the hat in any way in the mail. Extremely disappointed. Don’t recommend ordering anything that might be fragile, like fedora hats!
