Your company sent me an email saying these pants are available. When I filled out the request for them you ask me what size . I put in 13 and when you notified me that they were in I paid for them immediately..... now here is the problem that I have in my mind. Iowa is thinking that the size 13 pants is what I requested and that’s what is being sent but when they arrived they were size o and I didn’t order o . You sent me what you wanted and you don’t do business like that. To me I asked for a request for 13 and that’s the end of that . You sent me what I didn’t request and then you wouldn’t take them back. Your computer just spit out sizeo to me. And I didn’t no intill I spoke to your clerk that I was suppose to reinterpret a size..... so what the purpose of request a size from your menu. Absolutely stupid on your site you need to be clearer of what’s right to do. I was so disappointed in a company that I was beginning to like . Then it cost a arm and a leg to return garments back to you by UPS. I have stop ordering from you because of this. I also told four of my friends not to order from you because of the mis guided way of business. I really wanted these pants and now that I looked at them I would need a size 14 or 15. I’m discussed.
