It is a lightweight faux fur coat similar to a lightweight pea coat. Good for the transition from fall to winter but will definitely need to layer if you plan on wearing it the winter.

The coat fits tts and looks nice but it sheds all over the place, I tried it on, my black outfit was white and I breathed some of it in the air. Washing it now, hope that helps but beware!
