I wore this dress at the Captains Ball on a cruise and it was a HIT. I received so many compliments. This dress is definitely a ball gown and you may have to get the bottom altered if you’re under 5’5. It comes with bloomers but I wished it came with pasties because the top is completely sheer and your nips might slip.
