While there are several ways to track your order, the most efficient method is to create a Fashion Nova account, as it centralizes your entire order history and provides real-time status updates in one dashboard.

If you prefer not to log in, the next best option is to check your email inbox and click the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.

If you don't have an account or can't find that email, you can always visit the Track Order page and manually enter your order number and zip code to see where your package is.

Fashion Nova accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date. The return window is extended further during the holiday season. To be eligible, items must:

• Have all original tags still attached
• Be unworn and unwashed
• Be in original condition

Approved returns are refunded as Fashion Nova store credit via an e-gift card in USD. Gift cards never expire and the value is automatically converted at checkout for international customers.

Fashion Nova does not process direct exchanges. Instead, return the original item for store credit, then place a new order for the size or color you need.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact Fashion Nova customer care within 14 days of delivery. You'll receive a complimentary return shipping label and a refund to your original payment method (not just store credit).
